General
All work is carried out by Gigoia Studios on the understanding that the client has agreed to Gigoia Studios’s terms and conditions.
If multiple design concepts is presented, only one solution is deemed to be given by Gigoia Studios as fulfilling the contract.
All other designs remain the property of Gigoia Studios, unless agreed in writing that this arrangement has been changed.
Payment
All new clients are required to pay in full prior to Gigoia Studios commencing work. Payments are made through PayPal or Credir Card.
Publication and/or release of work undertaken by Gigoia Studios on behalf of the client may not take place before cleared funds have been received and final files are sent by a Gigoia Studios designer.
Refunds
The client will have 2 days to cancel the service order before the first approval step and will get 100% refund within 60 days.
After the first approval step and confirmation by the client to proceed with the project, the client will have 2 days to cancel the service order. If the project cancellation is confirmed, the client will have a 70% refund within 60 days.
After the final approval step before the final video delivery and confirmation by the client to cancel the project, the client is not eligible for a refund.
The client must not use any designs or ideas Gigoia Studios proposed at the initial approval stage.
Copyrights and Trademarks
By supplying text and images to Gigoia Studios for inclusion in the client’s video, the client declares that it holds the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions. The ownership of such materials will remain with the client, or rightful copyright or trademark owner.
By supplying images, text, or any other data to Gigoia Studios, the client grants Gigoia Studios permission to use this material freely in the pursuit of the design. After the final delivery, the video is property of the client and its copyrights.
Gigoia Studios will not make money from the client's images and videos unless permitted by the client.
Alterations
The client agrees that changes required after the final video delivery will be liable to a separate charge. The client also agrees that Gigoia Studios holds no responsibility for any interferences made by any third party before or after the video is published.
Licensing
Any video, images and soundtracks created for the client by Gigoia Studios, is licensed for use by the client and may not be modified, re-edited, cropped, adapted in any way or form without the express consent of Gigoia Studios.
The client agrees not to hold Gigoia Studios responsible for any such loss or damage. Any claim against Gigoia Studios shall be limited to the relevant fee(s) paid by the client.
Rights of refusal
Gigoia Studios also reserves the right to refuse to include submitted material without giving reason.
In the situation where any images and/or data that Gigoia Studios does include in all good faith, and subsequently discovers is in contravention to such terms and conditions, the client is obliged to allow Gigoia Studios to remove the contravention without hindrance, or penalty. Gigoia Studios is to be held in no way responsible for any such data being included.
Cancellation
Cancellation of orders may be made by e-mail, and following this, the e-mail written by the client and sent to Gigoia Studios will serve as a legal order cancellation of the service.
Please note: any cancellation which is not formally confirmed by e-mail and received by Gigoia Studios within 2 days of such instruction being issued, client will not be liable for a refund.
Project duration
Any indication given by Gigoia Studios of a project’s duration is to be considered by the client to be an estimate.
Estimated project duration should be deemed to be from the date that cleared funds are received by Gigoia Studios for the initial payment or by date confirmed via e-mail by Gigoia Studios.
Gigoia Studios will complete the service within 15 days after confirmation by e-mail and approval stage.
Disclaimer
Gigoia Studios makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, for any and all products and/or services that it supplies. Gigoia Studios will not be held responsible for any and all damages resulting from products and/or services it supplies.
Gigoia Studios is not responsible for any loss, or consequential loss of data, or non-delivery of products or services, of whatever cause. While we take reasonable steps to investigate the materials we recommend, we accept no responsibility for the performance or quality of materials or any consequential loss arising from their failure.
The client agrees not to hold Gigoia Studios responsible for any such loss or damage. Any claim against Gigoia Studios shall be limited to the relevant fee(s) paid by the client.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The placement of an order for design and/or any other services offered by Gigoia Studios, by email, verbally or in writing, is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are freely available at www.gigoiastudios.com/gallery
A confirmation of approval to proceed with the project by the client by e-mail constitutes acceptance of the estimate or quotation and agreement to comply fully with all the terms and conditions and forms a Contract for Business between the signatory and Gigoia Studios.

Gigoia Studios reserves the right to change any rates and any of the Terms and Conditions at any time.

Do You Store My Credit card Information?
No credit card information is ever stored on our servers. We use Stripe.com, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256 and decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist.

Gigoia Studios doesn't keep your videos online at our channels.
We don´t have the rights to earn money over your video.
At video revision step, we temporarily upload your video in private at our channel for approval. After that, the video is deleted.About logos and watermarks
After your video is approved by you, we´ll send it to you without our watermark. Gigoia Studios logo appears at the end of the video only.

The video resolution for the SILVER PLAN is 4K.
Which is the length of the video?
The maximum length of the video is 4:30 minutes.
About video format and 360º
The video format is encoded in MP4.
For 360º videos, you can upload it to YouTube or/and Facebook, and Vimeo 360.
You can upload to other Virtual Reality channels like VeeR.
These video channels have VR headset support for total immersion.
About artwork sizes
The VIRTUAL ART GALLERY is designed to show your art virtually at big sizes for impact. If your original artworks are small, it's your responsibility to give correct information to your buyers, art collectors and clients at your website.
About artwork image quality
Please send us good quality pictures of your artworks!
Gigoia Studios is not responsible for:
Low resolution, blurred, distorted, dirty, bad contrast, oversaturated and badly-cropped pictures.
At video revision step, we will warn you if your pictures don't match our quality assurance criteria.
